Radio reception

I'm brand new to this site and I did try doing a search before posing my question but it seems rather time consuming. Anyway, I have a 2006 4Runner that I just had repaired after being in an accident. I was hit in the left front but the whole left side ended up being painted. My problem is after I got it back the radio has very poor reception. I'm thinking the antenna is in the 1/4 glass but I'm not sure if it's the left or right side. I do have the navigation unit and I do not have an exterior antenna. If it's in the left 1/4 glass is it easy enough to remove the trim and verify if it's connected correctly?

Uhm... I can't remember which side the FM antennae is in, I think its the passenger rear quarter glass. I could be wrong? That rear trim isn't super bad to take off, just time consuming more than difficult. I would check the back of the radio unit itself first in case it may have gotten knocked loose?
