Did you receive any notification that it shipped or it just showed up on your doorsteps one day?

I called earlier and talked to them about the Gobi nets. They got a bunch of orders for those and are working through them assembly line style. The holidays are going to be disruptive but they expect them to be shipping that week after the New Year.

I'm anxious but have no reason to be. Like many of you, I'm waiting on my Gobi rack from that GB. Having the nets would be great but it would be another item I'd have to store while I sit tight for my Gobi to ship ... someday ... hopefully before I am able to will it to my grandchildren.

Received an email from Raingler when it shipped, along with a couple updates when it was in transit.

Received mine and have it mostly installed, but hit a snag..

Raingler just finished development of the front barrier (behind the front seats). It comes with 2 plates (to tie the net to) through which the seat belt anchor bolts go, but the diameter cut in the plates is too small for the bolt to go through.

They're already aware of it and are cutting the holes larger for new plates, but unfortunately I got one of the 'old' ones.
Asked them for a new pair, as I tried enlarging it myself, but it's a pain in the butt without a bench vise. :/

Received my Gobi Stealth rear net today. Heavy duty materials, top notch as far as I can tell.

Question for those who ordered the same net. Are you installing and leaving as is or do you plan on installing/uninstalling for each usage? It's UV rated for 10 years and, honestly, I'm too short and too lazy to reinstall every time I need it.

Still no news on my front and rear nets. I'm curious about this question too. I'm loosely planning to leave it up there, but it'll likely cause issues putting kayaks on the roof once we thaw out.

I was told a big batch went out last week (mine was in this batch) and another batch going out this week, all related to this group buy.

About leaving it up there, this is what I was told by Raingler customer service:
"As long as you don't let the end straps flop it will last a very long time. It will weather more with mag chloride, salts and car wash chemicals so I still bring mine in if I won't be using it for awhile anyway. If you do bring it in except when using it, it will look virtually brand new after a wash even at 10-15 years old. I see our nets selling on Craigslist or ebay used often for 80% what they were new years later."

I got my shipping notice on the 16 but it's just the pre-shipping label printing stage. It only has to come like 30 miles!

Received my order about three days ago. They've done it right. Got an email confirmation when it shipped, when it out was for delivery, and after it was delivered. The quality of materials used is phenomenal.

Haven't done anything with the nets yet, but I plan to see how I can use it in the cargo area while I wait for the Gobi.

As for quality..... I can't find anything to complain about!
As for their customer service.....top knotch, on the knotch stick! I would def recommend this product to others(my mom needs one for the beasts she calls rescue dogs in the back of her Rav)
