Rancho RS5000's or Bilstein HD's and which coils...for a 2wd application!

So I am looking to replace all 4 dampers and possibly my coils. My T4R is a 2wd 2001 Sport. I have been lurking around here and searching using various terms but just can't find the info I am looking for. Some of y'all are very knowledgeable and I am looking for some input, please. My application will be 95% asphalt. I know, boring but I an in Central FL and am not into "muddin" my Runner. I am not looking for a lift. I would like to level her out as I have a touch of sag but hardly perceptible. Here is what I am thinking...either the RS5000's or the Bilstein HD's and new OEM coils from Toyota. I want a stiffer ride. It is too soft for my liking and seems to wallow. What is confusing for me is selection of the coils...I am planning to just go with new OEM coils from Toyota. What about the aftermarket OME coils? Will they work on a 2wd? Any other coil suggestions for a 2wd that will give an inch or less of lift to help level out my Runner? Also not settled on dampers...rancho or bils? I want a nice ride. Rancho's are cheaper and there is a rebate on their product right now. Just cant decide and I want to pull the trigger! thanks for any input!

I vote Bilsteins over the Ranchos any day.

As far as OME low coils. I think the 881/906 are suppose to be the right match. On a 2001 2wd You may actually get ~2" of lift. A stock 2001 was one of the lowest years. I'm not sure if the 2wd sat lower than the 4wd models. The OME coils are nice. I'm trying to think of what coils will be lower.
