In California (and most other states) if you are a male and the thong has a "slip up" you would be charged with indecent exposure and have to register as a sex offender f or life.
Unless of course if you are a female because then it would just be "a clothing mistake"
Just another way the legal system discrimates against men.

i may be wrong, but i believe farmer boy is the owner and he's from bombs united cc and he owns a few cars. Darn it, now i must find out, i will ask around.
