My buddy Kent just turned 400k on his 3rd gen. He wheels it all the time, daily drives it, and it just keeps on going.

I'm barely over 210k on my current build. At the rate I'm going lately, it will be 20 years before I catch up to either of you!

My driving it has definitely slowed in past year or so. I hear you...I'm hoping to keep it as long as I can. But you're right, 10 more years to catch up with your buddy Kent at least!!

If yours has been well maintained and you're continuing to take care of it, it's gonna last you a long time. February will be 10 years for me and I plan on keeping it for forever.

Wow. So you bought that thing brand new. That is wild. I was just a kid at the time these things were new, but man would I have loved to own one brand new right off the lot. They are incredible pieces of Japanese machinery.

Yep. All but those 13 miles at the front. It has taken me for a life journey that's for sure.

That’s cool. I love 1 owner rigs. I have a Ram 3500 that I purchased before it was even PDI’d. Other than the transporter and the factory, no one has driven that truck except me, my wife, a few friends and some family. Took ownership at 1.2 miles.

That is spanking new! I feel after a certain amount of time, it becomes an obsession with keeping it. Too may years gone by having it to let it go now.

Yeah, Kinda. It was one of the last of 6 trucks in the western US that had the nv5600 transmission for sale in 2005.

Still on the original clutch too at 230k miles……
