Rattling Noise after lift install

Recently just installed a 1" Daystar lift along with a new steering rack and tie rods. Today was the first day driving it and I've noticed a loud rattling sound coming upfront by the suspension. It sounds like metal rattling. Yes I know I just loosened and tightened everything back up so something is probably lose, but I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I should check. Any help would be great! Thanks you! On a better note here is how she sits with the lift.

it is only a 1 inch lift so you probably won't but he'll notice it getting in and out.

Ohh so he means the leveling kit, i was thinking he got a lift and that was the old setup. My bad.

Jack up the front and physically move tires, rods, etc. around with your hands. If I remember, it is 2wd. Also get your dad to drive it while you sit in the passenger seat and see if the noise is louder/softer.

If the exhaust is original, check the heat shield on the catalytic converter.

Looks much better. I guess the running boards are staying on though.

After the alignment the noise decreased a little. They stated that the heat shield was a little loose and bent so I'll probably try and tighten it up in the morning. Thanks for the help.

If it was related to the alignment, pop the hub cover off of the front wheels. In fact, you can probably kick the crap out of each front tire and see if this rattle shows up. I've seen alignment related noises turn out to be the "castle" ring that the cotter pin goes through for your axle. With no turbulence, it won't really make noise, but sometimes the right turbulence will cause it to make noise and that hub cover makes it act like a speaker box. Kind of slim chances that it's the problem, but a very simple and easy thing to spot to avoid tearing back into the work you've already done if you think you tightened everything correctly.

I'm only looking in a direction like this because while the heat shield stuff could be the culprit, it's unlikely to show up after your 1" lift. I don't see how anything with those heat shields could have changed.

Get a rubber hammer and start whacking things. And the kick the tires maneuver also. Could be sway bar end links gone bad or the pin on the brake caliper?

The alignment shop forgot to tighten 2 hose clamps on mine, they were making a "jingling" noise on bumps.
