what a great time Friday. big thanks to phillyd2 for setting this up. it was cool to get out and meet some awesome new people, and I think it was a lot of fun for the kids too. here are my pics:

I really wish I took a pic of you with your right rear about 5 feet off the ground when we hit that first really bad off camber, your wife definitely wouldn't be letting you hang out with us anymore :wink2: :lmao: Guess we should have read the notice hanging in the office that read in big bold letters "J and J1 are now blue" IMO they should have been blue/black

Jessie, Lauren has been asking when she can have another play date with Savannah, I tried explaining thats gonna be a bit tough because of the distance but she persists ha ha. And wheres the vids :dammit:

Not sure about black but they sure as hell were not green. I remember coming around one corner and thinking :wtf: I may actually need to put my smoke out for this one.

Talk about baptism of fire for his first trip, all stock :hiding:

I still need to better get under my truck to properly apologize to the various skids.

I dont know whether or not to feel excited that my pure stock truck held it's own on these mis labeled or mis interpreted trails orrrrrrr.......find Joe....our Magellan'esque navigator and 'thank' him proper.....

either way minus the decorated rocker panel and underneath the rear quarter panels...theres nothing else wrong and it could have been a lot worse in my opinion

and I will say there was one spot where I heard Dave punish one of his skids and thought to myself....SH*T!!!!..if he did that this may be my undoing right here....but I made it through without even a ding....so it just goes to show you that while the truck and its capabilities are top priority....its all about the line you take...

Yup I didn't see it either :shrug: We went back on Saturday to get a T-shirt and thats when I saw it and I meant BlueBlack one above blue. Haha apologize or follow me not a mark under there except for a little scrape on the rear diff.

All in all Brian did great considering it was his first time out and being all stock :boink: Brian we need pics of your undercarriage!!

So true. I do admit to not paying as much attention as I should have a few times. After all, they were just green trials, right? :roadkill:

JD and I were also testing out newly installed parts to see what needed tweaking. I'm glad I got to test out my new rear air lockers but despite my wishes to the contrary I will be moving to larger tires. Otherwise all worked as it should. Even my seat warmers :crybaby:

Yikes. Well that explains a lot and sort of gets Joe of the hook. Sort of. Ive done the greens enough times with zero clearance issues even back when I was stock which so I was a bit too lazy paying attention. And honestly during the big bang Brian mentioned, my eyes were in my mirror making sure he was ok.

But you gotta admit, it was fun!!!!

Yeah, my fault but as said it was really just going to be JD and me testing with Joe possibly joining to laugh at us. Nice to see 4Rs out numbering them things which usually are 99% at RC. Being a Friday was also nice since it was like we had the park to ourselves.

yup, they got me too. passenger side has stripes basically the whole way. I'll take them over body damage though.

haha, Savannah said the same thing. If we come to Mass., or NE in general this summer I'll contact you and we can catch up around your way. Or you'll have to come back for another trip. Savannah has already said she wants to go again.
