I would think start from the back one and move forwards? I know the trans skid goes under the front skid. So I would think the tcase skid would go under the trans skid. Then again I'd leave them all loose until they're all mounted. Start spraying the bolts with nut blaster or whatever you decide to use. I broke a few mounting my trans skid.

I ordered on 3/8 as well, I just got shipping confirmation this morning. Should be soon!
Just received mine today. How long did it take you to install them? I'm contemplating doing it myself on my back in the garage or paying someone with a lift to save my back. Thanks!

I actually heard back from Josh the end of last week (Ordered on 3-8) and visited his team on Monday to pick up my order since I live in the Denver area. They are busy filling the slider orders as fast as they get them in from their powder coating guys in Ft Collins. Josh and his team are great and were shipping items out as fast as they could so I am sure you will get your confirmation of shipment soon.
It took me about two hours on my own taking my time. I would do it yourself, just use a floor jack. Easy job.

There is also a good video on Youtube (https://youtu.be/rUrGfDUHhvs) by Wild Wheels posting his installation of the RCI Sliders and Skids. Good to watch prior to doing the job on your own. I have added these to my vehicles in the past and is an easy install with the help of some jack stands and/or the bottle jack lift that comes with the T4R.

What are/were the savings of this group buy? I didn't know about it, but did manage to call and leave them a voicemail about ordering some skids about 6 weeks ago. Now that I have read this thread I see that I wasn't alone in getting zero response. I'm trying to decide now whether to wait for another one or just do it.

I bought a bare aluminum front skid for my 3rd gen and I saved $44.64, and on the next group buy I'm probably going to get the transmission skid.

Got mine and installed them. Took a bit because I wasn't sure which goes first. Start which engine and work your way back. Thread everything loose by finger til you get all of them on and tighten from there. They are beefy as heck, which means heavy but not in a bad way. Next time, I'm doing aluminum though, lol

RCI is a small shop and communication is not their strong suit. That being said, they seem like good people and the last time I visited they were busy packing and shipping orders as fast as they could. I did get an email today telling me to come to Ft Collins and pick up the last piece of my order so I will tell them a quick email to those in waiting will go a long way with PR.
FYI - I just installed the aluminum skid package and it is well thought out and engineered so it will be worth the wait.
