Reading/understanding torque specs

I'm trying to understand from the manual what I should torque down my tie rod end nuts to. The manual shows: 90 (820, 57)

57 ft lbs?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't have the manual with me... but, I'm pretty sure down in the bottom left corner it should have a key.

One of those is newtons or something, but use the number that has ft/lbs.

N*m (kgf*cm, ft.*lbf)

Where:

90 = N*m
820 = kgf*cm
57 = ft.*lbf)

Units used in the Repair Manual comply with the international system of units (SI UNIT) standard. Units from the metric system and english system are also provided.

Torque Wrench size

Thanks again for all the info. Now I am looking to buy a torque wrench. I've got a guy offering me a 3/8 Snap-on. What I want to do is tie rod ends right now. Will this suffice or should I hold out for the 1/2 inch?
