Rear Audio Display

Hey Guys -

I've had my 2004 4Runner for about a year now and am just getting around to try and find out how to fix my read audio display. The dome light works and no fuses are blown, but the display doesn't come on. Since it isn't a fuse...any ideas on where to look?

How are you turning it on? The remote right?? That is the only way.

I didn't get the remote with it...no I didn't realize I need that to get it to turn on.

Yea.

Second: The rear audio only works with wireless headphones that are tuned to that channel headphones. I think toyota sells them for 40 bucks. I have it and have never used it. It is kinda a silly feature if you don't have kids.
