Rear Brake line help

I have done google searches without any luck. Attached to the rear diff is a block that has the two hard lines to each wheel along with the rubber section the goes back to the master cylinder. Does anyone know what that part number is, mine is rusted and leaking somewhere? I have looked a diagrams and cant seem to find it. Appreciate the help. 99 SR5 by the way.

Use this website. It often has part numbers you can't find anywhere else. I found it lists the rear hard lines for mine. It will for you too.
