Rear brake line part sourcing

Alarm, VSC, and brake light came on. Alarm went off and lost my brakes soon after. Limped her home. Found leakage originating from just behind the pumpkin in the rear. Pretty corroded. Looked to be leaking from a connection point then dripping down the line and off then down the pumpkin. Pics are after cleanup. I can't seem to figure out the exact part number for that line. Runs from the leak/connection point across the axle and to the passenger side brake. Based on the corrosion and tight space I think I'm gonna have a shop replace if possible or reconfigure if needed. I really like buying my own OEM parts and letting the shop install. Any heads up on the part number? Probably should do both sides.
