So I had a sticking caliper on the rear of the wifes '11 limited. I went to NAPA and got 2 rear replacements. The pads and rotors were fine, so I left them. Buttoned everything back up and I'm getting a squealing sound on slow stops similar to when the pads are worn out and the squealers are hitting the rotors, but that's not the case here. There was no squealing before I replaced the calipers, only grinding from pads sticking to the rotors. I have pulled them back apart twice now and can't find anything out of the ordinary. Any ideas? Has anyone experienced this before? Short of swapping calipers again, I don't know what to do.

I am embarrassed to say I did not put grease on the pads/hardware. The pins are greased though. I will try this to see if it resolves the issue. Thank you.

I'd take it all apart again and see.
What pads are you using? I find aftermarket can be extremely finicky at times, and if your caliper was sticking before, you may have had poor contact and now that's its normal contact your pads are being worked how they should be (and in this case I'd toss out and get new oem pads)

I may have to try new pads. I disassembled, greased, and reassembled the brakes and the noise is better but still there.

Get the OEM factory pads, not the OEM dealer pads. They squeak. I use these, mine is a 2012 TE, not sure if same. I'm on my 3rd set at 237k miles. Also, as mentioned above, make sure shims are clean and greased as per instructions.

Squeaky brakes will drive you nuts and is embarrassing to boot! I run Stop Tech slotted rotors front and rear with Wagner Posi-Quiet pads and stainless lines and NAPA calipers and have had no squealing issues at all (4 years). I don't argue against the suggestion to run the OEM pads though either as they never squealed when I had them. Following the prep suggestions in the videos is a good idea too.
