Rear Bumper Sag / Bent

Longtime lurker here:
My 2002 with 111k that I just inherited from my sister (lucky girl got a 2012 Limited) has a couple issues, antenna bent, stereo not functioning and I was able to find answers in other threads for these. I'll be replacing the antenna mast and installing a pioneer double din head unit.

But this sagging bumper I have not been able to properly diagnose from looking at other threads, although I have seen photos.
Now i've looked at the diagrams and before I order the wrong part, is this most likely the mounting bracket or mounting arm that is bent?? Anyone have experience repairing these or what I should look for when I go underneath?

Pull the bumper off. Hammer or bend bracket into place. Install bumper. Free fix.

Should be able to loosen a couple of bolts and rotate it back up. Rough roads, gravity, setting stuff on it, all of these things can contribute to this. Nothing is broke, just the alignment has been throw off after all this time.
