Rear center headrest

Got a picture of 3 seats in the back? That's tight. I'm thinking a little buddies seat of another kid comes along.

It's tight, but they all fit.

We have Diono brand car seats in our 4th gen runner, they are a bit narrower so easier to fit. The ones I have in my truck, the 3rd gen, are pretty standard width seats.

I'm not sure any DIY headrest additions would be any safer than stock.
Maybe one of those neck pillows for airplanes.
Actually with my car seat it tightens down real good using just the lap part of the 3 point (even in the center) as one of the install options on the seat I have.
My problem is the leather in my wife's car never allows the seat to be fully steady no matter how tight.

Off topic: I was looking at the back seat armrest section of the back seat (4th gen). Would make a nice booster seat in a pinch for when the kid gets older, just stuff a firm pillow in the opening.

Holy spimoni, that's a tight fit. 3 kids man, I got 2 myself I can't imagine handling a third. Props to you!

As for the center, I think my best bet is to try that Graco lock and stick the infant into the center position.

Thanks man! Our 3rd was not planned at all, i thought we were done! But she's 7 months old now and I wouldn't trade her for anything! Three is SO MUCH more work than 2 though! The garage is my happy place! lol

I'm glad you're doing this before me. I'll have to check back in when you have 3 forward facing seats.
