Rear chrome emblem/trim

Please don't blast me, I've been searching for 2 days and been unable to come up with info. Granted my computer skills suck but still. Debadged yesterday and want to black out the remaining chrome, door handles, grill and rear chrome piece/toyota emblem on hatch. I can't find for the life of me how to remove that piece. I'm guessing I need to remove interior hatch cover but not positive. Any help would be great, thanks.

Hey Emsmatt,

I'm guessing you mean the recessed Toyota emblem in the center? I used a piece of dental floss and slowly sawed back and forth from the top and it came right off. I think fishing line would work better if you have it. I found some emblem tape at Checker, O'Riley now I think, to secure it back on.
