Ok, those of you that have done the rear disk conversion, e-brake pro/cons?
I bought a sweet 98 4runner with the Sky Manf rear disk conversion. The PO decided against getting the calipers with e-brake compatibility. I a little leary of parking it and just using "Park" to hold it. I was always taught with auto trannys to put them in neutral, set the parking brake let them set/adjust to the weight then shift into "P". Am I being silly, found a set of calipers that ahve e-brake ability for $150.
Second question, the rear shafts were switched with crmo units so the ABS was disconnected. Should I be concerned about no ABS on the rear. My original thinking is no.
Thanks Josh:keyboard:
