rear door stuck

while doing some maintenance on the rear door, i stupidly closed it without checking if anything was in the way, and got this cluster of wires stuck between the door and the rubber seal, the door is stuck closed now, not sure how to open it from here, help??

just got it, for those in the future, you've gotta heave bullets pushing that metal in and pull the clip out. DO NOT PULL BY THE WIRES.
