Rear doors tight in hinges

Both rear doors on my '04 are very tight in the hinges. I have lubed them and they don't make any noise they just don't swing freely. What am I missing?

My rear door hinges are also much stiffer than the front doors. I just chalked it up to previous owners not using the rear doors very often. My use of the rear doors is not much compared to the front doors.

My Tundra doors are the same way. I also think it's lack of use.

I would certainly fall into the lack of use camp although you would think 16 years of light use would be enough to loosen things up some.
