I've been in the data protection field for so long it's engrained in my every day approach to privacy. Sorry if it comes across strong, I just get frustrated by people who don't feel privacy is something worth sticking to your guns for.

I've been in the data protection field for so long it's engrained in my every day approach to privacy. Sorry if it comes across strong, I just get frustrated by people who don't feel privacy is something worth sticking to your guns for.
There are no deals and there is no negotiating with the police. Keep your privacy, take your ticket and fight it in court. Otherwise, don't run into people on the roads in the first place. Simple as that. Getting hit by someone else is out of your control, but you wouldn't be getting a ticket in that situation anyway (assuming you didn't do anything stupid like run a red light).

well its been almost two weeks. Still suffering with headaches whiplash and nerve pain in my arm and left leg... Dr. visits three times a week to the chiropractor I have been to see a lawyer. I am not sure what is going to happen but in New York state , also known as Cuomo land. Suing for whiplash is frowned upon ,its only soft tissue damage so If there is nothing wrong as the Dr. says i will get nothing more than medical bills and my truck fiwed. Screw my pain ,sleepless nights and any anxiety or anything that is wrong with me or my girl. this state sucks the big dirty one a whole bag of them.
