Rear Hatch, Window and Wiper not working

My 2003 4Runner (4.0 v6) has a problem I need help with. The rear hatch release wouldn't release , rear wiper doesn't operate and the rear window will not open.

I found the fuse for the rear wiper and it is ok, I can't determine which fuses supply the window and the rear hatch release.

Assuming the fuses are ok, what are the other possible areas I should check?
