Rear Lock and window issue

It has been this way for awhile. I cant unlock or roll down the window with my key. I can roll up and lock my rear door/window. Key turns clockwise but not counter. How can I fix this?

Spray some lubricant(WD-40) in the key channel, and wiggle like crazy. Also take a look at your key to see that it isn't so worn it won't work. It happens.

So I did the above. I was able to turn it counterclockwise a couple of times but It took alot of work. Still basically won't work. Is the next stop to get into the lock mechanism through the trim and see if something is held up. Any tips if that is the route i should take?

Pretty much, I think you can work on the lock some more with it removed and also see if it is moving internally as it should.
