I have a 3rd gen with 5100 billy and tundra front springs EMU 906/ 5100 rears. Other than that its mostly stock. It wheels very very good. The articulation is good. The rear tire drops so that the top of the tire is level with the slider and it will stuff up in the wheelwell perfectly. Never really had a problem going off road on some nasty trails. The runner actually performs GREAT. However I keep tearing up the rear lower control arms. The rubber bushing gets destroyed very quickly so every few months I have to replace them. Problem seems to start on pass side but both sides are gone in a few months. Do any of you have these issues or do I have something else going on? What rear control arms are you using? This is getting expensive. HELP!!

In case you haven't already, try sticking with OEM or a reputable brand polyurethane like whitelines or energy suspension. My experience with aftermarket rubber parts have generally been poor with toyotas and hondas.
If you have been using oem bushings then my next step would be to make sure all the suspension components are properly installed & torqued.
If all that checks out then maybe damaged structural components?

This. Suspension parts HAVE to be torqued when the weight of the vehicle is on it otherwise bushings will bind.
