I'm interested in purchasing also, within this month. And if you decided to not go through with it, dimensions would be great.

Eh no skills or resources to fab up my own pipe. But I think the muffler shop that does custom exhaust will work with me.
As for the rest. It's pretty simple.. Oil lines fittings wiring a pump running intake pipe installing an intercooler and eventually adding a meth injection kit whenever I get around to it..
Google, YouTube, pretty helpful... But for you...

Hi. The mileage is kinda high but I've seen sc runners with 300k on them with no problem. If say go for it.

Sorry about not getting back to you. Just been crazy at work. My plans cutter is broke and I should get it back from the company fixed in a couple weeks. Them maybe we can get this ball rolling.
Dude...this was back in 2013!! You have like 8-10 guys wanting you to build pipes for them so they can turbo their 4Runners! Not trying to be disrespectful...:hiding:but it's time to either shit or get off the pot! :toilet3:
Tell them no you don't have time because of work...or start knocking these out so you can rake in the $$!! Then you'd have some extra cash to build more cool mods that I can read about and drool over!:hungry:
Seriously, great build with some awesome fab skills :hail:!! I'd like to see some picture of your return piping, especially in the wheel well area...other than that, great pics!!
Keep up the cool mods. Hopefully you can hook these guys up with piping...then we'll have a bunch more great turbo posting to read! Hey...then you'd be everyone's hero :thumb:!!

Sorry don't have the time to build these. Full time job and family at home just don't leave time to build stuff. A decent exhaust shop should be able to build it for you.

Would you mind providing dimensions for the exhaust pipe from the stock flange to the center of the t3/t4 turbo flange? Might help guys that are looking to build a pipe and get the turbo in a known good hanging location. Thanks!

Might be a little late to the party, i was only 13 when this thread started, now at 18 with my parents 4runner, i have over 2 grand in upgrades to it, is there any new info I should know or any new items being sold for a rear mount turbo, im at 246000 and I need a little more power for the ladies, and to keep up with my friends Porsche, Any help?
Also late to the party on this one. I looked through this thread a few years back and decided it was time to give the 3rd gen some boost. My budget was just over $1000 and it all came together quite easily with the help of this forum and lots of research. Nothing new to add other than this setup works and works well with the turbo trim mentioned early on. I’ll attach a photo of the setup for those who are interested. I do not have a body lift so my “up pipe” to the turbo had to be designed slightly differently. There is clearance, however, to run a 2 inch charge pipe along the frame rail and into the engine compartment without this lift in place.
