So as a rookie, I accidentally bumped my rear passenger wheel on the curb while making a right turn at around 10-15 MPH. My question is do you guys think I messed anything up? Maybe threw off the alignment and messed up my rear axle? There's no noise coming from the rear passenger wheel and the rig is driving fine. Any input, guys? Thanks in advance.

What makes this an epic post is that judging from your user name you drive a TRD Pro?
Personally I think there is a chance of Damage, the TRD Pro is more sensitive (like their owners) to damage and are hardly suited for even mall crawling. I would take it into the dealer and have her checked over...... :behind sofa:
In all seriousness ( and I will stop being an internet a$$) the truck is fine. running over a curb at slow speeds has very little chance of doing damage and if you see the kind of abuse some of the members here put them through you will find your post humorous. There are no adjustments from the factory for rear alignment so the only way the get things out of whack in the back end is if you bent something which again is extremely unlikely.

It was just my tire. Left a little mark on it. That's about it.Did your wheel hit the curb or your tire hit the curb?
Check for any visible damage to tire and/or wheel...

Taking the beating like a champ.....you will do well. It is understandable "1st ding syndrome" and there is nothing wrong with never taking a 4runner off road either, just many here do and so they tend to poke at the ":cheer2:" men. I think the respsonses have shown its much more how you handle yourself then what you do with your 4runner that gets you well treated around here!

You got some learning to do, that's for sure. For one, you have a 4Runner now, drive OVER the curbs instead of rubbing up against them! :madgrin:

We all did, when i sold my POS wrangler and got my pretty much pristine 2004 limited it really freaked me out/ pissed me off the first time i dinged the body. now i think most of my paint has been replaced by trail rash and scratches and a few dents. and trust me hitting the tire on a curb like that is going to be the least of your worries if you actually come to use your runner like it was meant to be.
