How does this mat work with the cargo organizer, I think that is what it is called, that piece that folds up to keep things from falling off the tray when pulled out.

If you are talking about the OEM rubber cargo tray posted right above, it doesn't work with the folding cargo divider. You need to remove it because the OEM rubber tray wraps around the back edge (where the folding divider is).
