Rear shock options. OME too stiff.

I ordered rear bilstein hd's after reading great things. However after researching more it seems a lot of people think they're too stiff, great. If the ride does not improve ill have to buy oem springs. The 906 with 60028 "comfort" shocks is very harsh IMO.

does anyone know if i could use the bilstein 5165 shocks in the rear? They have a stud top mount and 5/8" lower eye mount. Almost identical compressed and extended lengths as my current shocks.

Only thing i'm unsure about is the valving, 366/240. Is that stiff? Soft? Ok for 3rd gen weight unloaded?

I wish there were more rear shock options like 4th gens. Icon and fox make middle priced ones that go well with coilovers, but they're too long for 3rd gens.

Get yourself a set of these and you need to make sure the bushing for the bottom is a .75" id to fit our truck. Most come with a .50"
