As many of you know, I've got the OEM rear air suspension on my 4runner. I have adjusted the system so that I'm at about 1.5" lift in the rear. I've always been told to stick with an OEM length rear shock to prevent issues. I'm thinking that since I've adjusted the bags, I may not have enough down travel left thus causing poor ride quality. I've tried four different brands of shocks and very little difference between them. Since the bags have been adjusted, would it be safe to run a shock like the 5100s that is longer than stock? I'm thinking it will be fine but would like some other opinions.
