Currently I'm running 5100 bilstein aka long travel. Which are fj cruiser shocks.
How ever I noticed fox shocks for decent price. Which I assume are probably better ride and quality.
These are under 96-02 4runner

Reason why I'm showing fj cruiser fox shocks is because the bilstein 5100 fj cruiser bolt directly to our 4runner. Aka what toytec calls Kong travel shocks. I asume that the fj cruiser version are probably longer then the just 4runner version. I'm running superflex. And wondering which version would be best match.
Upfront I have tundra 5100/eibachs. And I must say, it's bouncy and in no way smooth. I don't have any weight upfront. What can I do to make my ride softer.
Also about u-joints, I want to replace all 4 u-joints, I have drive shafts of a manual 4runner for my manual swap. I went to AutoZone and the guy showed me the best GOLD version of the u-joint. And it had no zerks. But the one bellow that, the medium one had zerks. Which u-joints should I get and should I get with zerks or no ? The one without zerks had lifetime warranty. I'd buy oem but it's about 40-60$ a u-joint.
