Rear Springs on 2002 for towing

I can find plenty of rear springs for my 3G 2002 SR5 that are OEM "constant", but don't I want "variable" (progressive?) for towing?

With the caveat that I've never towed or used airbags, I will say that when this was discussed recently I saw multiple people suggest using airbags. You can leave them in and only air them up when you tow.

Airbags. I would never put a super heavy spring. The airbag is variable by design. I air mine up to 40psi with 400lbs on the hitch and I don't even know the load is there.

I would look into whatever springs are under a Tundra. And then I'd buy the truck they're attached to for use as a tow vehicle. Probably the best solution. You're welcome. :wave:
