Rear upper panel removal to fix seat belt?

Anyone know how to remove the left upper interior panel? That's the one that the rear seat belt runs through. I have a jammed seat belt that I need to fix. I have three 10mm bolts removed but now I'm stumped.

Remove both (front & rear) sill plates (scuff plates), remove the bolt for the lower seatbelt attaching point, remove the lower trim panel. This will expose a couple of bolts holding the upper trim panel you want to remove. All the panels are also held with clips that snap out. It may take a little force to pull them out. It may help if you pull the rubber door gaskets off the body (no problem pushing them back on) .Good luck.

I was able to get to the seatbelt without totally removing the panel. I removed the three bolts along the upper panel and then just yanked on it from the door edge. Got the panel pulled out far enough to reach in and fix the belt. Thanks for your input.
