Hello,
I've had a parasitic draw on my truck for a while, and after finally having time to test it, I found that my truck is pulling 260 to 270 milliamps, and a majority of that is from the 7.5A Power Outlet fuse that is pulling over 200 milliamps. I had a friend help me do the 12V always on modification, but we must have done something wrong, because my rear view mirror compass is always on. When I pull the fuse for the power outlets, the mirror shuts off as well. I hate being without the 12v and mirror, but I hate jump starting my battery every Monday morning as well. Anybody have any ideas on how to have everything working as it should? I tried pulling a wiring diagram from 4runnerclub, but got a DNS error. Any help would be appreciated.
