Rear window,defrost and wiper not working

Hello folks i have a 1999 4runner and my rear window and defrost and wiper is not working every body saying to check the rear window to make sure is all the way up i did but nothing so please help what should i do thanks

Start with the fuses. Sounds like a blown fuse to me. Start simple Good luck
