Rear window not working 2001

Can anyone help? The rear window on my 2001 is not working from the dash, also the rear wipper is also out. I can manually roll the rear window down using the key, and from what I info I can find out so far it's a relay problem. I would hate to take it to the dealer for help, cause it seems like a simple solution.

I have some lift gate parts available here. including wiper motor, window motor (which you probably don't need if it works with the key), and the relay that's installed in the lift gate that runs all that stuff.

Check to make sure that your window lock switch is off - that could be the problem with the dash button, but wouldn't have anything to do with the wiper issue.
