Rear window off track, what's this piece called and is it available by itself?

It's holds enough to not fall down, but I can't open it without it coming off. I've found a write up for replacing it with shower door wheels but if I can get the real deal id rather do that so I don't have to find someone with a dremel or grinder and DIY it

Every part can be purchased from a dealer. The hard part is figuring out what part it is.

I'm thinking that might actually be part of the regulator, the shaft for the pulley looks riveted (i.e. not replaceable using factory parts)

the piece in question is in the 'glass holder' which Ive found on the link above, but I guess its the whole assembly and I cant just get the rubber piece

As far as I can find on the online catalogs... yes, assembly only. Unfortunate, but common.
