Rear window only going quarter of the way down

Took my truck to an auto body shop to get a dent fixed in the back hatch. Brought it in and the next day they told me they had to take the back hatch off of the truck, ok whatever do what you have to do. So I get the truck back and everything looks good>

Problem:
Few days later I try to roll down the back window with my key and the window will only go down a quarter of the way and stop, I go up to the dash button and the window works fine up and down.
But my defrost, wiper and sprayer won't work and I have to do the reset everytime I try and use the key to work the window.

Back to the shop. And I don't mean that to be dismissive. But the issue occurred after them working on it and wasn't a problem initially they need to address the problem at hand and remedy. This is coming from a body shop manager. A good shop will warrant their work and anything effected by it. . . .hell a really good shop will even know when a client is claiming bogus un related issues and still fix it to keep the customer happy.
Have you tried putting the key in...winding down as far as possible.....then removing the key and reinserting it to see if this changes anything.

As soon as I turn the key to roll down the window down it stops a quarter of the way down, when I turn the key the other way it locks the door and the window won't do anything. It's almost almost like it trip a sensor and shuts the whole back door down until I reset it.
