It could be as easy as the nozzle came unplugged from the washer hose. Try using the washer and see whether fluid leaks from the hatch somewhere.

Those actually run off your front washer reservoir. The plastic hose runs all the way back. I would see if it came apart like the others have suggested. The tip should be free of dirt and debris as it could be plugged. Do you hear the motor run when you engage the sprayer? As rarely those motors can seize or fuse blown. With damaged wiring.

I found the leak today. Where the hard plastic hose goes through the inner passenger fender had a hole rubbed through it. I took off the passenger rocker plate and kick plate but the hose doesn't want to move so I can splice the hole. Lots of stuff behind the kickplate and can't really see the grommet into the cabin from the fender well. Got some replacement 1/8" tubing but O'Reilly was out of connectors. Getting the wheel well cover off was a pain and still couldn't get enough slack to splice the hole out of the line. Going to wait for warmer weather and get the correct connectors to try again. I plan on cushioning the line where the hole was worn so it is more protected from vibration wearing another hole. Don't know why Yotya used hard plastic and rubber hose combinations in this line...
