2017 Gen 5 with low miles rear window will not roll up or down. it goes about 1/2 inch and will not move. I was able to push it up carefully to close on my last trip. It sounded like something is binding or sandy inside. after opening up the back panel I can see lots of sand from off-roading and cleaned everything out but the window still only moves only a 1/2 inch. I am thinking the motor might need to be replaced? tried looking for YouTube videos but did not find a gen 5 video. any other resources?

Dirt and debris fall down in that back door and you can have extreme build up on the slides and tracks, take the back panel off the inside of the hatch and take the water guard off and clean that area and see if it fixes it. If it doesnt, may be the motor going out.
