Rear window

My rear window goes down, and now won't go up...window regulator shot? where would be a good place to get parts for this, and what other parts required? thanks!!

yes, and if i try and manually raise it, it just slides back down...

ok, a bit of an update. I removed the rear panel and had a look. the tracks that move the wiindow up and down are quite corroded, but the actual things that hold the window up and move it around (can't think of the name, but the window sits on them) are very corroded! I played around with it and i can now move the window up with the button on dash, but when you lower it with the other button, it comes down VERY haphazardly, like not smoothly at all...any ideas? DIagram please!!

does anyone know how to change this regulator? i have the parts, just don't know how to do it. I assume its more than remove old, install new and go. Should anything be greased? do you have to remove the window completely first?

give me your email adress via pm, i can email you instructions on how to remove everything back there. also you may want to take t to the dealer to make sure what is wrong with it, looking through the guidlines, could be regulator or back wind ecu. you posted some help about some retros and you said you werent very good on electronics, this is more of a tackle then headlight IMO, to check the motor and other electronics back there. but i work for a dealership, any futher help let me know, i can give you a good deal on the parts you need to fix it too.
