Rear Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement

Hi Everyone!

I got my first 3rd Gen. 4Runner last year & I've been doing good so far on doing all my own maintenances. The other day I went through the car wash & my whole back windshield wiper arm fell off. Can anyone help point me in the right direction to find a inexpensive replacement part? & instructions on how to install a new one?
