Rear wiper doesn't work

I was driving home from a weekend away and noticed my rear wiper doesn't work. I have a feeling that when my dealership installed my xm receiver and fit kit, they somehow managed to mess up the wiper.

Has anyone had this problem? I don't feel like going back to the dealership.

This happened to me and I posted on this forum and the answer was that the rear window needs to be ALL THE WAY UP for the rear window wiper to work. Lower the rear window and close it again and let us know.

In addition to it being closed, it needs to be normalized (does the auto up/down work) if it hasn't already.

Damn, it worked.

Thanks for the help. I just went down to our garage and gave it a shot. At first the window wouldn't go down with the remote. I then tried it with the button on the dash and it wouldn't go down automatically. I held the botton and down it went. It went back up and the wiper worked.

Thanks.... that fixed it for me too.... had to lower and raise the window from the inside button, not the key or the remote...then all worked fine.
