Rear Wiper Motor shaft bent

When I purchased my 2000 Limited, it was without a rear wiper, and I assume that someone attempted to rip it off because the motor works, but the spline shaft is pretty bent. It sits upwards at about a 20 degree tilt.

Is it pretty easy to replace that motor, and I would assume that the motor comes with the splined shaft comes with the motor?

Awesome. Last night I went ahead and ordered the motor, but just did not know the procedure to replace.
