Rear Wiper Question

My rear wiper motor has not worked since I bought the truck. I really don't care to replace the motor but was wondering if anyone knows what wire need to be jumped out to get the rear window to roll down.

I'm assuming the actual motor is dead and you've tried what I'm about to say...BUT, just in case, put the rear window down all the way then back up again. I thought for the longest time mine had crapped out too; but I just had to "reset" the window computer.

No I am getting voltage to the wiper motor but it is just dead. Problem is it did not die the full closed position . I just want to wire around the lockout that is built into the motor.
