Reboot old CVs buy new

So my 96 recently just passed 200k. Still have the OEM front axles. I noticed during the last brake job that the boot is cracked on both of them. Not leaking but it will probably tear soon especially since I have multiple wheeling trips coming up. My question is do I replace just the boot and regrease the OEM axles or do I buy entirely new ones to replace these with 200k on them? Other than the cracked boot I have no other issues with the CVs despite the miles. Thoughts?

I’ve just decided to reboot mine with 182k... leaking boots but no tears on em.

If the grease inside isn't contaminated with water and you have no complaints then I see little reason to shoot for new axles altogether, personally

If the only issue is the boots I would recommend rebooting them. The above post has a great video from Timmy about how to do it with part numbers.
