hey guys i bought this ramsey winch about 3-4 years ago brand new from craigslist for 300 and insatlled it on my 88pu well when i used it to pull my self out of the mud one day nothing real bad and it broke i lost all faith in ramsey that day! said to be good winchs from what i read lol yeah right so anyway it works and all but its the clutch thats the problem i can lock it in and spool it just fine but when its starts pulling it just slips and comes ounlocked and free spools so i took it apart and pulled all 3 gear packs out there all in great shape but thats it i dont know what or how u would get the clutch out any ideas?
Rebuild a winch ramsey 8000 anyone?
