Recommendations on my 18 orp borla touring or 20 Trd side exhaust both priced similar

I have a chance to get either a 2020 Trd exhaust or borla touring please give me Pro/cons on either I want to buy this week for my 2018 off-road premium

Do you plan to off-road on steep drop off steps? Side exhaust may get damaged more so than pipes off the back.
Or
Do you plan on cruising more with the back windows down? Definitely less carbon monoxide smell in the cab with a side exit.

I feel like side exhaust would be inside the departure angle and less likely to get smooshed.

No serious off-road but really looking for positive/negative of either case

I have a side exit, I would recommend the side exit just based on the fact that you don't get the exhaust smell when you have the back window down.
