I just received my OME 885 + 895 Coils and Bilstein 5100 Front + Rear shocks for my 4th Gen 4runner and was wondering if any of you guys could recommend a good garage/mechanic to get the coils installed.
I tried installing the Front shocks and coils in my garage last weekend, but those OME coils were too damn stiff and the "no spring compressor" install method didn't work. I also tried using one the Loan-a-tool spring compressor from Autozone - unfortunately the bolts on those bent were bending like wet noodles before I even compressed the springs an inch.
Last question, I'm thinking it would be easier on my wallet if I installed everything save for the front coils then took it to the shop to get the coils installed + alignment instead of getting everything installed, that sound about right?
