Just the ones associated with the shock/spring upgrade.
*Would probably include the sway bar bushings, too.

Having just installed a lift the only bushing i changed (you can do a lift without changing any of them) was the strut tops.
I went with toyota OEM's:
If your talking about the bushings on the shock rod, most of them come with new shocks and usually are black rubber. Putting a poly bushing here is probably a waste of money as they don't add anything to the handling/ride characteristics, they're used to center the shock and keep it aligned with the spring more or less.
Poly swaybars are probably your best bet for "red" color and adding some stiffness to the handling:
Depending on the year 4 runner you may have sway bar end links that can have poly bushings, but on my 4th gen its two ball joints, not rubber.
