Switched from the switch back turn signals to standard orange signals. The passenger side white light was pretty much burnt out.

This day was a sh*t show of a day. We were supposed to do just a side trail. Well the Ranger got stuck, broke my winch cable(my fault) and took 5 hours to get him out.

Build looks awesome! I have a 2014 SR5 and I'm taking a similar route with my build. After a bunch of research, I am going to 255/80r17 wildpeaks on SR5 wheels for now. I am going to install the stage 1 Eibach pro kit first. I've serached all over and it seems like you may be the only one that had this size tire on SR5 wheels. I am curious if you had any rubbing while sporting the 255/80r17 on stock SR5 wheels. Thanks!

I had rubbing on the front mud flap. I took mine off, but you could also probably heat them up and reforming them. If you put spacers on, you'll rub on the front bumper. I also went with the Eibach kit, it's pretty nice.

Awesome, thanks for the response. I'll probably just end up taking off the mudflaps. My lift kit gets here Thursday and my tires get here on Tuesday. I can't wait. Appreciate it!

The map lights are amazing! Hard to find but highly recommend! I really need to the center dome light soon.

You will be so happy with that set up! Absolutely love the 255's. I will never go back to big and wide.

For those that do not know, there are 13 "backcountry discovery" routes. Originally these were created for Dual Sport motorcycles, but are becoming more popular with Overlanders.

"Starting in the historic town of Jarbidge, NV the route crosses range lands and then heads into the Boise National Forest and treats riders with views of Andersen reservoir and epic alpine camping at Trinity lakes. Tiny towns and treasures like Burgdorf Hot Springs make this a bucket list ride for sure. You’ll travel where Lewis and Clark made history and experience the legendary Magruder Corridor and Lolo Motorway which skirt the roadless Selway-Bitteroot Wilderness. You will reach modest hints of civilization as you pass through Sandpoint, Bonners Ferry on your way to the Canadian Border."

Idaho Backcountry Discovery Route (IDBDR) Map & Information

Plan for day 1 of the trip was to go from Colorado Springs to Fruita, CO and camp. I was meeting my buddy and his Land Cruiser group in Idaho, which is a 15+ hour drive. We figured cutting a few hours off the trip on Day 1 would make the Day 2 long haul easier.

Catthew decided he wanted to tag along as well.
