Refinishing roof rack wind deflector

Sorry if there's already an answer to this somewhere, but I'm in a bit of a pickle...

My 4runner came with the Gobi rack already installed (I purchased used) by the previous owner. The rack itself is in great condition, but the deflector is a bit worn - no rust. If I wanted to refinish just the deflector, what would be the best way? Powdercoat? Rustoleum? Krylon Fusion?

I thought those were plastic?

I'd use krylon fusion if it is.

I covered my Bajarack deflector with 3m vinyl

The fairing is aluminum. Any paint will work.

Powder coat. Will last longer than you will have the vehicle. ;-)
